1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping services to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
Customers may choose from the following shipping methods at checkout:

3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 AM (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
4. Handling Time
Our standard handling time ranges from:
- Minimum: 1 business day
- Maximum: 3 business days
Handling time refers to the time between when an order is placed (and meets the cut-off time) and when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Transit Time
Once an order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 14 – 21 business days
- Fast Shipping: 9 – 11 business days
Transit time begins when the package is handed to the carrier and ends when it is delivered to the customer.

When combining handling and transit time, the total estimated delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping: 15 – 24 business days
- Fast Shipping: 10 – 14 business days

7. Fulfillment Schedule
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, customs issues, or periods of high order volume.
