We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two shipping options:

Shipping costs are applied per order at checkout.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) on business days (Monday – Friday) will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
4. Handling Time
- Minimum: 1 business day
- Maximum: 3 business days
Handling time is the period from when an order is placed (before the cut-off time) to when the shipment is handed off to the carrier.
5. Transit Time
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 14 – 21 business days
- Fast Shipping: 9 – 11 business days
Transit time refers to the period from shipment handoff to carrier to final delivery.
6. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Including both handling and transit time:
- Standard Shipping: 15 – 24 business days
- Fast Shipping: 10 – 14 business days
7. Fulfillment Days
Orders are processed and shipped on Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
8. Delays and Exceptions
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, and high seasonal demand.
