At Three Baby Elephants, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the following policy.


1. Countries We Serve

We currently accept returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the United States only.


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • We accept exchanges for any eligible items.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Return & Exchange Window

You have up to 180 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.


5. Return Method & Fees

  • Method: Returns are handled by mail.
  • A pre-paid return label is included in the original package for your convenience.
  • Return shipping is free for all returns and exchanges.
  • No restocking fees will be charged for any returns.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days back to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

8. Important Notes

  • Items received after the 180-day window will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Items returned in a condition other than new (used, washed, or damaged) will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure all returns are sent using the pre-paid return label provided.
