Return Policy

At Three Baby Elephants, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Service Availability

Returns and exchanges are currently available only for orders shipped within the United States. We do not process returns for international orders at this time.

2. Eligible Items

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
We also accept exchanges for any item that meets the eligibility criteria listed in Section 3.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • All tags must be attached and intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

4. Return and Exchange Timeframe

Customers have up to 180 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.

5. Return Method and Fees

All returns and exchanges are handled via mail.
A pre-paid return shipping label is included in the original package for your convenience.
There are no return shipping fees or restocking charges for any eligible return.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued within 2 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original method of payment
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed

8. Additional Terms

  • Returns received after the 180-day window will not be accepted
  • Items returned in used, worn, washed, or damaged condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange
  • Customers must use the pre-paid return label provided in the original package for the return to be processed
