1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.


2. How much is shipping?

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (15–24 business days): $4.99 USD
  • Fast Shipping (10–14 business days): $19.99 USD

Shipping fees are calculated per order and shown at checkout.


3. How long does delivery take?

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 180 days of purchase. Products must be in new, unused condition.


5. How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply contact us at support@threebabyelephants.com with your order number. A free return label is included with your package.


6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. Return shipping is free. We include a pre-paid return label in every order.


7. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original payment method.


8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at support@threebabyelephants.com with your order number.


9. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re very sorry! Please email us with photos and your order details, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
