Three Baby Elephants respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. It is our policy to respond to any claims of copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to us as outlined below.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notification, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following written information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

  • Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Three Baby Elephants may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Three Baby Elephants has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
